With it's experienced enginers, Jean Gallay S.A. have the ability to re-design fabricated parts to reduce cost and weight. The proposal will be submitted to the customer for final approval.
Jean gallay S.A. own modern CAD tools like Unigraphics and Solid Edge Softwares to design parts and tooling.
Jean gallay S.A. with it's tooling shop have the advantage to produce it's own production tools, but can also offer this service for other applications.
Knowing the aerospace environment Jean gallay S.A. have been choosen by the Swiss Governement to manage projects like the F/A-18 or the F-5 compensation program. This experience can be used for further program management.
Jean gallay S.A. is equipped to perform water pressure tests for fissures detection.
Jean Gallay SA have a test equipement for fuel nozzles and lances. The tests can be done with Air (up to 7 Bar), with Water (up to 100 Bar) and with Fuel(up to 60 Bar). The tests are performed under temperature control. Droplet size evaluation is also performed.

In addition to his aeronautical repairshop (CFR 145 & EASA Part 145 Approved Shop), Jean gallay S.A. is actively developping repair and overhaul for gaz turbines field.
